The Asset Work Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open just to people who are (a) eighteen (18) years old or more (if required by law) at the time of entry, and (b) legal residents of Singapore or other valid jurisdictions (except where prohibited by law). The following individuals are not qualified to enter or win an award: employees, consultants, personnel, representatives, officers, delegates, and officials of Asset Work Ventures Pte. Ltd. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY AND NO ENTRY FEE, PAYMENT, PROOF OF PURCHASE OR ANY CONSIDERATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE.During the Entry Period, participant should follow or be following Asset Work Twitter Feed and the channel and search for the directions for entering the Sweepstakes for the then-current Entry Period. When the directions have been given, follow the entry instructions and complete the entry within Entry Period provided by Sponsor on the Asset Work Twitter Feed for such Sweepstakes to be eligible to win a prize (see "Prize Description" below for prize details). Sponsor will make all entrants aware of the length of the applicable Entry Period prior to the start of such Entry Period.Restrict one entry per person per Entry Period. Multiple entries per person, including multiple entries by the same entrant using different accounts, will refute all entries submitted by that entrant for the entire Entry Period. All entries must be received by Sponsor by the finish of the applicable Entry Period to have the option to win the prize associated with that Entry Period.Compliance with the entry necessities will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Once submitted, an entry may not be changed, reformed, modified or deleted. By submitting an entry, you grant Sponsor and its affiliated companies, and their agents, licensees and assigns the unconditional and perpetual right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use the entry or part thereof (with or without using your name) in any media throughout the world for any purpose, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation, royalty, or approval from you or any other party. You agree that, upon request by the Sponsor, you will sign copyright assignment agreements or letters as necessary to assign any and all rights to the photo to Sponsor. By submitting an entry, you further agree not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against the Releasees (as defined below), or any other person or entity, on the grounds that any use of the entry, or any derivative works, infringes any of your rights, including, without limitation, copyrights and moral rights. You further recognize that Sponsor, its affiliated companies, and their agents, licensees and assigns is in no way obligated to broadcast, publish or use your entry in any way. Nothing herein shall constitute an employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and the Sponsor or any other Releasees. In no way are you to be construed as the agent or to be acting as the agent of the Sponsor or any other Releasees. Entries or participants will be reviewed by Sponsor for compliance with the entry constraints set forth, and if accepted, may be reposted by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to decide if any entry is appropriate for posting or publication and may disqualify any entry at any time in the event it is determined, in the Sponsor's sole discretion that the entry is not fitting, or, that the contestant has not obeyed with these Official Rules.Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. Tax
The winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, or other applicable taxes associated with the acceptance and use of a prize. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically provided herein are the responsibility of the winner.

Selection of Winner
Multiple entry deadlines and drawing dates apply. Potential prize winners will be selected in random drawings by Sponsor shortly after the applicable Entry Period ends from among all eligible entries received. Entrants must be entered for a chance to win as indicated above (see "How to Enter") or as otherwise instructed by Sponsor representatives to be eligible for the prize associated with the applicable drawing. Non-winning entries eligible for one drawing will not remain eligible for any subsequent drawings throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Up to [--] winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (between one (1) and five (5) winners per Entry Period, in Sponsor's sole discretion, and up to twenty-eight (28) Entry Periods). Potential winner(s) will be notified via a direct message to their Twitter account used to enter the Sweepstakes. Further instructions will be provided via Twitter on how to obtain the prize. In the event the winner cannot be contacted within one (1) week (or other time limit as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; Sponsor will make all winners aware of the length of time to respond to the initial winner notification) of the initial notification or declines the prize, Sponsor will not be required to provide a prize to such entrant and may randomly select another winner from the eligible entries received.It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor if his or her contact information and/or e-mail address changes. The Sponsor and its respective teams and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, shareholders, members, employees sponsors, licensees, successors, assigns and agents are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online, or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.As a condition of receiving a prize, the winner must sign and return any documents requested by Sponsor, including but not limited to, an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release. Failure to sign and return any requested documents by the specified return date will result in disqualification of the winner and the forfeiture of all interest in the prize.Within one (1) week of receipt of notification regarding prize winning, the winner must provide the winner's full name and valid mailing address to Sponsor so that Sponsor can mail the prize to the winner. Sponsor will pay for the cost of mailing the prize to the winner. The method of shipping and the carrier will be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsors. If the winner (a) is determined to be ineligible, (b) fails to respond to the initial message regarding prize winning within one (1) week of notification or after three (3) attempts (whichever occurs first), (c) fails to provide the winner's full name and valid mailing address within one (1) week of receipt of notification regarding prize winning, or (d) fails to sign and return all requested documents by the specified return date, the winner forfeits the prize in its entirety and an alternate winner will be announced based upon a random drawing of the other eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Publicity
By submitting an entry, you grant to Sponsor and its affiliated companies and agents, licensees and assigns, the right, except where prohibited by law, to use your name, likeness, picture, address (city and state), voice, biographical information, entry (including the submitted photo) and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes in promoting or publicizing Sponsor, its affiliated companies, and the products or services of each, in any and all media without limitation as to time or territory, without compensation unless required by law. You shall have no right of approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim (including, without limitation, claims based on invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) arising out of any use, blurring, alteration, or use in composite form of your name, picture, likeness, address (city and state), biographical information, or entry (including the submitted photo).

Limitation of Liability
YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO CLAIM ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE SWEEPSTAKES, ALL PRIZES, AND ALL MATERIALS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Releasees harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including attorneys' fees) and liabilities (including settlements), brought or asserted by any third party against any of the Releasees due to or arising out of your participation, and/or your conduct in creating an entry and/or receipt or use of the prizes (including but not limited to the substitution or changing of any prizing) awarded in the Sweepstakes or otherwise in connection with the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to: claims for trademark infringement; copyright infringement; violation of an individual's right of publicity or right of privacy; or defamation.

Disclaimers
The prizes are offered to the participants on an “as is” basis and without warranty or condition. The prizes may not be uninterrupted or error-free. Participants waive all claims against the Sponsor.Selection of the winner by Sponsor shall be final, binding and not subject to any dispute settlement procedures.Where the prizes are in the nature of coupons or vouchers, the participants must contact the commercial partner offering the coupon or voucher for any customer support or queries.Sponsor reserves the right to deactivate or delete the participant’s account, all related information on it, and forfeit all prizes from any participant, in the event of misuse of the offer, fraud or suspicious transaction/activity.

ANY EFFORT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT A CONTESTANT, TO INTENTIONALLY WEAKEN THE GENUINE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS AN ABUSE OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Reservation of Rights
If the Sweepstakes is not capable of functioning as planned for any purpose, including without limitation, due to a force majeure event or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the management, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to debar any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process or otherwise acts in abuse of these Official Rules, and to modify, change, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes. In the event of termination, Sponsor reserves the right to randomly draw a different winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to termination. In the event that an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or destroyed, your sole remedy shall be another entry into the Sweepstakes.

Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and local courts located in Singapore for the resolution of all disputes, and agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in those courts. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Data Privacy
Any personally recognizable information collected during your participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected and used by Sponsor and its designees (i) for the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Official Rules and (ii) to send you newsletters relating to Sponsor events, products, and services which may be of interest to you. To unsubscribe from Sponsor’s e-mail lists, use the unsubscribe link in any commercial e-mail message you receive. Unsubscribing will not affect your eligibility to win the Sweepstakes.

You hereby acknowledge that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with any brand with a product featured as a prize, unless otherwise explicitly noted by Sponsor.
